Thorugh the SNAPS ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD alias SNAPS CART (website: www.snapscart.com), provides a platform for consumers to choose best quality used, refurbished and un-boxed home appliances and furniture as well ass provides a platform to choose the well trained techinicias for service home appliances. The Snaps Cart platform, and market place related functionality, whether provided through the site or through other means, are collectively referred to as the services. By using the Site and Services, you must agree to be bound by these SNAPS ONLINE SERVICES PVT LTD Terms & Conditions.

Buying & Selling Terms
Delivery:
  • Free delivery only available at Hyderabad within city limits. In case of across hyderabad shipping charges will be chargeable.

  • Free delivery is only for ground floor or with lift facitlity, In case of no lift extra of RS.100/- will be chargeable for home appliances and furniture.

  • Home Appliances and Furniture will be deliver only in Hyderabad within city limits.

  • Delivery should be done within 48hrs after the order placed and as per consumer availability in Hyderabad. In case of across hyderabad delivery time will be confirm by the representative.

Installation and Demo:
  • Home appliances and furniture installation will be done at the time of delivery.

  • Refrigerator need atleast 60 minutes to become idle of the compressor gas after transportation. Hence, installation and guidance will be done at the time of delivery.

  • Washing Machine installation and demo will be done at the time of delivery if power switch and inlet water connection should be available. Plumbing and wiring work is not included as part of installation.

Payment:
  • Cash On Delivery (C.O.D) option available only in hyderabad. Across hyderabad Online Payment should be done by the consumer.

  • Full amount to be paid to the delivery executive once the product is delivered.

6 months Warranty:
  • Warranty covers only for manufacturing defects / material defects.

  • Warranty is not applicable to physical damages after delivery.

  • Under the following circumstances, Parts and labour will be chargeable even during warranty period. The warranty DOES NOT extend to the following.

  • Damages due to cause beyond like Abnormal voltage, acts of GOD, lightning or while in transport to service center from consumer’s residence.

  • Installation / Dismantling of the product

  • Any extra accessories to the product

  • Cost of transportation of the product from installation placed to service center

  • Installation/repair work carried out by persons/agency other than authorised by the company

  • Site premises where the product is kept conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operating conditions of the machine

  • Appliance has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person

  • Product not used as per the best practices

Return Policy:
  • If the appearance of the product is not as per the images shown or the condition as per description on the product page. The product can be returned back at the time of delivery at no cost.

  • If the apperance and the product condition was same as per the product page. The product can be taken return at the time of delivery as per consumer request shipping charges has to be pay to the delivery executive.

  • If payment has be done through online the refund process will be done 2-10 days from the time of product returned.

  Replacement Condition:

  • Our AIM is that the consumer’s are completely satisfy with the purchase. We take responsiblity in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. Please note that all the items need to be returned with all components for a full replacement.

  • For replacement, any damages/defects found in the product delivered should be reported within 48 hours after delivery.

  • If the defect/issue reported is not mentioned in the quality report, transportation charges will be free.

  • If the replacement is initiated in case the look of the product delivered is not as per the liking of the customer, transportation charges will be deducted from the replacement order. Inorder to avoid such instances, while placing order if the product images are not sufficient, feel free to WhatsApp to the customer care number requesting for more images.

  • If the replacement is initiated due to the defect/issue reported already as part of quality report, transportation charges will be deducted from the replacement order. Inorder to avoid such instances, please check our quality rating and condition specification to understand the condition of the product better.

  • Replacement not acceptable in case the issue reported is due to the user’s ignorance in using the product.

  Buy Back and Upgrade Conditions:

  • If you are upgrading your product by selling your old product back to Snaps Cart and then buying another product from Snaps Cart within 6 months, you will get an offer of 75% of buying price of the old product. Fixed charge of Rs.400 will be charged for reverse pickup.

  • If you are upgrading your product by selling your old product back to Snaps Cart and then buying another product from Snaps Cart within 1 year, you will get an offer of 65% of buying price of the old product. Fixed charge of Rs.400 will be charged for reverse pickup.

  • If you are selling your old product back to Snaps Cart within 6 months, you will get an offer of 68% of buying price of the old product. Fixed charge of Rs.400 will be charged for reverse pickup

  • If you are selling your old product back to Snaps Cart within 1 year, you will get an offer of 55% of buying price of the old product. Fixed charge of Rs.400 will be charged for reverse pickup.

  • If you want to sell your old product back to Snaps Cart any time after 1 year, contact customer care for the best deal.

Note: Buy back of the products is sole discretion of the company and is subjected to demand and stock
